DISCOVERING COLORFUL NUTRITION FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS

Children Nutrition

If you want to give your child the best nutrition since when in the womb you are in the right place! For me infant nutrition is of vital importance because the nutrition that children receive in the first months of life can have an impact on their long-term health. It gives me joy to help little ones to get all the nutrients necessary to not just survive, but flourish and shape their food preferences of the future. You can ask me about all areas of children nutrition from pregnancy to breastfeeding, recommended vitamin supplements, introducing solid foods and approach to picky eaters.

Evidence-based and reliable information about all areas of paediatric nutrition.

Work bit by bit to shape a forever habit.

Adults Nutrition

Do you want to be empowered to make choices for better health and to achieve a balanced relationship with food to accompany you for the rest of your life? My philosophy recognizes the importance of our relationship with food which I believe is connected to all aspects of our physical and psychological health. This guides my approach to nutrition therapy aiming to offer a safe space where you can achieve your personal goals. You can ask me about food intollerances and allergies, weight loss, sport nutrition, eating with specific pathologies.

I don’t remember when I started to be passionate about food, maybe because it happened too soon. I was one of those little girls who was placed on a chair to turn the béchamel for a period of time that seemed endless. Since childhood the kitchen has always been the part of the house where I felt most at ease. Growing up, cooking became time for mindfulness. Today I am a nutritionist.

My name is Ludovica Ibba and The Tasty Rainbow was created with the aim of offering a safe space for adults and children where it is possible to achieve a balanced and joyful relationship with food.
