I am a qualified healthcare practitioner with two Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Public Health Nutrition and specialised in working with children under 6 years using the SOS approach to feeding. I am the right person to help you through nutrition counselling and meal planning, nutrition education, cooking education, grocery shopping education or to support you in the way that works best for you.

My philosophy recognizes the importance of our relationship with food which I believe is connected to all aspects of our physical and psychological health. This guides my approach to nutrition therapy.

Nutrition for Children

Infant and child nutrition is of vital importance because the nutrition that children receive in the first months of life can have an impact on their long-term health. It gives me joy to help little ones to get all the nutrients necessary to not just survive, but flourish.
