FODMAPs is an acronym that stands for a group of short-chain carbohydrates that are indigestible or poorly absorbed by certain people and generate gas when they are fermented by bacteria in the large intestine.

This consultation is for you if:

    • You feel pain in your digestive system and have altered bowel habit since a long time but you can’t figure out the triggers
    • You have distressing intestinal symptoms that impact your social life, work and emotional well- being
  • You want to understand which foods to avoid and which to prefer to reduce your symptoms

I will help you to:

  • Ease your intestinal symptoms with an adequate low FODMAP meal plan
  • Understand which foods and other triggers in your life cause bad intestinal symptoms and which don’t
  • Learn how to prepare balanced meals that meet your nutritional requirements but do not cause you abdominal pain


  • First consultation preferably in person with medical and nutritional history where we identify the sources of FODMAPs to understand how you can replace these with low FODMAP alternatives
  • Design of a personalised low FODMAP meal plan to follow for a period of up to 7 weeks or until your symptoms have improved
  • Pdf documents with explanatory tables of foods to avoid and 
  • First follow-up consultation at the end of elimination phase to plan your reintroductions
  • Second follow-up consultation at the end of re-challenge phase where we discuss the personalisation of your diet based on the results obtained 
  • 1 time meal plan modifications
  • Email contact with me during the whole period
